We renovated and lived in this house for several years – it’s not perfect. It’s not a hotel, but a real, well-equipped, warm family home, ideal for making memories together. ⸻ 🛏️ The house (135 m² living space / 160 m² total floor area): • 3 double bedrooms (no guardrails – caution with young children) • 1 dorm-style bedroom with 4 beds (including one bunk bed) + playroom • 2 bathrooms + an extra shower by the entrance (perfect after sandy beach days) • Fully equipped family kitchen: oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, etc. • Baby/kid-friendly gear: stair gate, travel cot, floor bed, high chair, books, games… ⸻ 🌳 THE GARDEN: • Spacious 2,000 m² yard (with robotic lawnmower – please don’t ride it, tempting as it may be!) • Outdoor furniture, dining & relaxation area • Parking for 3–4 cars • EV charger available (small fee based on consumption estimate) ⸻ ⚠️ Important notes (read with love): • The staircase is a bit steep but full of character. • No guardrails on the double bedrooms – not ideal for sleepwalking acrobats. • The lawn robot does its job quietly – almost like a pet, but less needy. ⸻ ✅ AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board, vacuum, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer.
